WHY SHOULD I USE THIS SERVICE?
As qualified and experienced interior designers, we are great at putting product together and pulling together the look of your home. That combined with years of styling experience, gives us the edge when it comes to furnishing and styling your home. We’re not just putting furniture in a house, we’re giving your home the ‘wow factor’ that entices buyers. We also proved advice on what to do and what not to do around the home to get it ready for sale.
CAN I CHOOSE THE FURNITURE?
You can certainly tell us what you like. But as the experts, we take care of that. From our experience, we know what sells houses.
HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO PAY?
Each property is quoted on an individual basis, but here’s a guide for a full house with the following bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom: $1000-1200
- 2 bedroom: $1200-1900
- 3 bedroom: $1550-2100
- 3 bedroom + study: $2100-3200
CAN WE USE OUR OWN FURNITURE?
If you are still living in your home – yes, as you cannot sleep in our rented beds. Sometimes it’s nice to mix in some of your pieces, but you should take the advice of your stylist in this regard.
CAN WE HIRE JUST ONE OR TWO PIECES?
To move furniture requires delivery and a 2-man team, so no, it’s not viable for you. We do have the accessories-only package available.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
As with any purchase, upfront payment is required before delivery.
HOW FAR AHEAD SHOULD I BOOK THE STYLIST?
We need at least 2 weeks before delivery, so please engage our services about 3 weeks before you go on the market.
